David VanOverloop has spent his entire career in the field of Workers’ Compensation, having represented both the injured workers and the employers. His experience representing the employers and insurance companies provides him with a unique perspective of the strategies and tactics employed by the defense, as well as insight into the most effective way to combat those tactics. David has tried dozens of cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and handled numerous appeals through the Circuit Court and Illinois Appellate Court, establishing a reputation of knowledgeable, aggressive advocacy for his clients that is well-respected by his peers. David attended to Wright State University 2008 and Loyola University Chicago School of Law 2011
