Azra Avdic

Azra brings a unique blend of healthcare experience, athletic discipline, and leadership to her role as Director of Legal Consultation. A 2020 graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, she was also a Division I student-athlete and a member of the Peruvian National Swim Team from 2015 to 2020. Her athletic career included representing Peru at the South American Games, Pan American Games, and World Championships.

Raised in the Chicagoland area, Azra is proud to now serve the same communities she grew up in and around. She began her career in healthcare during the height of the pandemic, where she developed a passion for patient advocacy and connection. Her journey led her into orthopedics, where she worked closely with world-class surgeons and supported patients recovering from motor vehicle and workplace injuries.

She later transitioned into clinic operations, managing six multidisciplinary clinics across the Chicagoland area specializing in pain management, orthopedics, and neurospine. Her work focused heavily on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, where she not only built strong relationships with patients and providers but also developed key partnerships with attorneys.

Now, as the Director of Legal Consultation, she leads a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional support and solutions for clients navigating injury cases. Her approachable leadership style and deep understanding of both medical and legal landscapes make her a valuable resource to the team and clients alike.

She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and their cat. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying active, and watching lots of sports with her husband.
