David VanOverloop has spent his entire career in the field of Workers’ Compensation, having represented both the injured workers and the employers. David has tried dozens of cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and handled numerous appeals through the Circuit Court and Illinois Appellate Court, establishing a reputation of knowledgeable, aggressive advocacy for his clients that is well-respected by his peers.
