Jay Esparza is an associate attorney focusing on workers’ compensation matters. He represents injured workers in all respects of their claims, including claim evaluation, benefits recovery, and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jay practiced in commercial finance and real estate law at an AM LAW 200 firm, where he advised lenders on complex transactions involving multi-property portfolios and secured financing arrangements.
Jay earned his J.D. From Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was Law Review Notes and Comments Editor and was part of the Moot Court Honor Society.
