Jesus Cabrales is a Mexican lawyer with experience in litigation, international arbitration, immigration law, and international protection, supported by strong skills in legal drafting, case management, and client advocacy.
At Costa Ivone Law , he began in the Pre-Litigation Department, managing case preparation, client communications, and dispute resolution strategies, and was subsequently promoted to the Litigation Department in recognition of his performance and legal capabilities.
Before joining Costa Ivone, he worked with Cuatrecasas, an international law firm, supporting litigation and international arbitration matters for the firm’s offices in Mexico, Spain, and Colombia, with a focus on legal drafting, case management, and cross-border dispute resolution. He also gained experience in immigration law in the United States, handling asylum, deportation defense, and other immigration matters, while supporting vulnerable populations through his work with UNHCR Mexico.
His career additionally includes roles with Mexico’s National Migration Institute and the Legal Clinic of the University of Guadalajara, where he developed expertise across migration, civil, family, and commercial law.
