Jordan Browen joined Costa Ivone from a prominent Chicago Plaintiff’s litigation firm and has spent his entire career fighting for the rights of injured workers as well as individuals harmed by the negligence of others. As the son and grandson of electrical linemen, Jordan understands the impact an injury can have on workers who rely on their strength and health to provide for their families.
Jordan has successfully litigated cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, as well as handled appeals in Illinois Circuit and Appellate Courts. Jordan has also successfully resolved hundreds of claims through settlement, most notably a $1.3 million dollar permanent total disability case. Jordan’s attention to detail and creative solutions ensure his clients receive not just a check at the end of their claim, but peace of mind for their future.
Jordan has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2021-2023, a peer nominated recognition reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.
A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jordan moved to Chicago to attend law school.
